This post will have or gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation and expertise in cultivating excellent stakeholder relationships, to build trust in the transformation portfolio. 

The post will be proficient in teaching, developing, and executing change concurrently, narrating the story of transformations and ensuring tangible connections with the change portfolio. An excellent communicator, they will utilise their personable skills to engage university stakeholders positively. They will lead, inspire, and develop the personnel and teams within the Change and Transformation Office.

About You

Holding a relevant professional qualification or degree, you will be passionate about change and will know the significance of transformation, effectively fostering sustainable change across the institution. You will be able to demonstrate examples of engaging effectively to implement successful and enduring changes in an organisation comprising diverse stakeholders. A strong people person, with good leadership skills, who is able to tell a story to win hearts and minds to deliver our transformation objectives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Hold a relevant professional level qualification or Bachelors/Advanced Degree in relevant subject or commensurate level of experience
  • Demonstrate experience of change management and transformation programmes, communication and change strategies
