About the Job

Interview Date: 2 October 2025

As Events Coordinator, you will coordinate the planning and delivery of a variety of events ranging from open days and applicant interview days, to webinars and VIP receptions. The post will include a wide variety of tasks involved in event delivery such as delegate communications, event administration and marketing activity.

Working as part of a team, you will independently manage your own projects and support the Assistant Director - Marketing and Student Recruitment Events to develop and grow the events programme.

The post holder will be required to work occasional weekends and evenings outside of office hours to fulfil the duties of the post.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills, be highly organised and will have experience of building relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience of delivering excellent customer service is essential and knowledge and experience of working within the Higher Education Sector will be advantageous. 

Qualifications

Essential;

  • Marketing/Events Degree or equivalent experience in a related role.

Desirable;

  • CIM/CAM modules/qualifications.
